There are 19 display screens located in the new Marshall Student Center. These screens run four different programs. We have named these programs with letter designations in a hope for us to keep the screens straight.

Student organizations can request information to be displayed on the "Student Organization Information" and "Campus Events" screens. Please read the information below about the various screens and how you can feature your organizations in the new building.

C Screen PhotoCampus Events Screens

Campus Events Screen – Promote your large events that all of campus is invited to attend. This does not include weekly meetings or socials, but rather large events where you would like lots of people to show up.

Sample events include the weekly Movies on the Lawn, yearly extravaganzas, charitable drives for your organization, step shows and more.

Event promotions may run up to one week prior to the event date and must be on campus. No promotions will be displayed for off-campus events (Exceptions include Riverfront Park, Raymond James Stadium and official USF events not on campus).

You must submit your request five (5) business days before the requested Ad Start date. Advertisements may run up to seven (7) days prior to an event, unless given prior permission but will not exceed fourteen (14) days.

Events and Meeting Services Screens

B Screen PhotoThese screens feature 3 windows. The main window pulls information directly from our database of room reservations for the day. The listing will be exactly what your organization puts on the reservation form so make sure you include descriptive information. The small top window will pull a video feed that will vary from time to time but mainly will show CNN. The small bottom window will rotate pictures of campus, weather, USF logos and other information.

There are no submission forms for the Events and Meeting Services Screens screens other than room reservations through the EMS office.

D Screen PhotoFeature Wall

There is no submission form for the Feature Wall. A committee of students and staff decides the content for this screen.
