Banquets, Conferences, Weddings, Seminars, Concerts, Retreats, Meetings, Trade Shows, Parties and Special Events from 10 guests in an executive conference room to theater presentations for 1000 in the Royal Palm Ballroom are welcomed.
The Royal Palm Ballroom with over 10,000 sq ft is available to seat 650 guests for a dining event or to greet 1100 convention attendees. The 700 seat oval theater is ideal for presentations in any format. The Chamber is a tiered presentation room suitable for a smaller formal gathering. There are 21 additional meeting and social rooms available for breakout rooms, private dining events and group meetings up to 275 attendees.
Social events will be embraced by the warm colors and hospitality of the Marshall Student Center. Guests will be impressed by the soaring 4 story glass atrium when they arrive and by the ideal room you have chosen for their enjoyment. The Royal Palm Ballroom is dividable into 3 sections and additional rooms for any size group are available. For anything from a retirement party for 40 in the Manatee Room to a Wedding Reception for 650 in the Royal Palm Ballroom there is a room that is right for you.
