Graphics uploaded for the Note-A-Bull Newsletter will appear next to your event description text in the extended newsletter (example below).

Your image will appear in a "small" version next to your article and will be linked to the original, larger version.

Online events calendar listing USF activities and programs open to all USF students to attend. All events are automatically submitted to this calendar. (Visit the Student Events Calendar)

University Calendar

Online campus-wide events calendar. (Visit the USF Calendar)

At least one week prior to the event occurrence.

Wellness Calendar

Promotes Wellness events, campaigns, workshops and presentations.

MSC LCD Screens

LCD screens located throughout the Marshall Student Center. (More Info)

At least one week prior to desired display date.

MSC Banner Space

If you have a banner for your promotion, the Marshall Student Center will provide space for banners to be hung in the atrium of the building. Space is available to Registered Student Organizations and departments within the Marshall Student Center specifically for the purpose of promoting events held in the MSC. Please bring your banner to MSC 4107. (View Our Banner Policy)

Must be delivered to MSC 4107 at least one day, but no more than three days prior to desired display date.

The Note-a-Bull e-newsletter mainly contains events occurring during the week of the issue date. If your event does not occur within the issue week, please promote your event under the "Mark Your Calendar" section.
