Note-A-Bull Graphics

Graphics uploaded for the Note-A-Bull Newsletter will appear next to your event description text in the extended newsletter (example below).

 

Your image will appear in a "small" version next to your article and will be linked to the original, larger version.

There are 3 different categories for submission: Campus Events, Student Organization Information,

and General Student Body Information & Promotions.

An Event is a date and time specific activity. General Promotion/Information is non-dated information. Both Events and General Promotion/Information can only be submitted by USF recognized student organizations, departments or faculty.

Weekly e-mail newsletter sent to all students. (See Note-a-BULL in action)

No later than the Tuesday preceding the desired issue.

Weekends @ USF Calendar

Online weekend events calendar listing USF and community activities and programs open to all USF students to attend. (Visit the Weekends Calendar)

At least one week prior to event occurrence.

Selected Student Events Calendar

Online events calendar listing USF activities and programs open to all USF students to attend. All events are automatically submitted to this calendar. (Visit the Student Events Calendar)

At least one week prior to the event occurrence.

University Calendar

Online campus-wide events calendar. (Visit the USF Calendar)

At least one week prior to the event occurrence.

Wellness Calendar

Promotes Wellness events, campaigns, workshops and presentations.

At least one week prior to the event occurrence.

MSC LCD Screens

LCD screens located throughout the Marshall Student Center. (More Info)

At least one week prior to desired display date.

MSC Banner Space

If you have a banner for your promotion, the Marshall Student Center will provide space for banners to be hung in the atrium of the building. Space is available to Registered Student Organizations and departments specifically for the purpose of promoting events typically held in the MSC4100.(View Our Banner Policy)

Banner requests must be made at least one week prior to requested hanging date.Request approvals are based on availability and adherence to purpose/procedures. Must be delivered to MSC 4100 at least one day, but no more than one week prior to desired display date.

 

*All submissions will be reviewed and forwarded to the selected outlets at the discretion of the content manager.

MSC LCD Screens Section

MSC LCD requests must be submitted at least five days prior to the desired start date. (More Info)

Submissions that do not meet content specifications may not be processed.
