Step 1: Check Room Availability

- Check events already scheduled in the Marshall Student Center >
Step 2: Fill Out On-line Form
Step 3: You will receive a response from Event & Meeting Services regarding your space request.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the Marshall Center Reservations Office is to coordinate the activities and events of its clientele. The services offered by the Office include, but are not limited to, venue reservation, providing sound and lighting requirements, and table and seating set-up. View complete EMS policies >
Reservations
Reservations for Students and Departments may be requested by submitting the online Space Request Form, and Non-University entities and individuals may download a Non-University Event Request Form and submit via Fax or email attachment.
